The Dutch midfielder Frenkie de Jong and the English winger Marcus Rashford were absent from Barcelona's last training session before facing Real Betis, according to the Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo."

Barcelona is preparing to play its final home match in La Liga against Real Betis in the 37th round, entering the game after securing the league title.

The report clarified that De Jong, who also missed the Alaves match, and Rashford did not train with the rest of the team players, without the club yet explaining the reasons for their absence.

The training session saw the participation of several reserve team players, including Álvaro Cortés, Espart, and Tommy Márquez, along with goalkeepers Cochin and Eder Aller, as part of the supporting squad for the training.

The report indicated that Álvaro Cortés had started as a defender during the Alavés match and received praise from the coaching staff led by Hans Flick, with the possibility of relying on him again in upcoming matches.
