Inter Prepares 150 Million Euros for Summer Transfer Market

Friday 15-05-2026
Inter Milan has started early preparations for the upcoming summer transfer market, after Italian reports revealed that the club's management has set a budget that could reach 150 million euros, including sales revenues and new investments, with the aim of strengthening the team before the start of the next season.

According to "La Gazzetta dello Sport," Inter's management does not plan to carry out a complete overhaul of the squad. Instead, they aim to make strategic reinforcements that maintain the team's stability while simultaneously introducing new elements capable of enhancing technical and physical quality.

The club's CEO, Giuseppe Marotta, is working on building a project that relies on blending young talents with experienced players, a strategy that has achieved clear success with Inter in recent years, both domestically and in Europe.

Sources indicate that the priority will be to strengthen some key positions, especially the defense line, flanks, and attack, while continuing to monitor several young talents in the Italian league and beyond. Additionally, there is the possibility of signing experienced players who can provide the team with an immediate boost in the UEFA Champions League.

On the other hand, the summer may see the departure of some players to achieve financial balance and make room for new deals, but Inter's management does not intend to give up the team's core players, given the desire to maintain competitiveness both domestically and continentally.

Marotta believes that the next phase requires a gradual update of the lineup without compromising the team's identity, especially with the rising average age of some current players. This drives the club to seek future solutions that ensure Inter remains among the elite European clubs in the coming years.
