Paris Saint-Germain has officially won the French league title for the fourteenth time in its history, after defeating Lens 2-0 in a postponed match from the 29th round of the competition, held at the Bollaert-Delelis Stadium.
Paris Saint-Germain opened the scoring through the brilliant Georgian star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the 29th minute, before Ibrahim Mbaye scored the second goal in the 90+4 minute.
On the other hand, Lens failed to score any goals despite their numerous attempts on Paris Saint-Germain's goal during the match.
With this victory, Paris Saint-Germain raised its tally to 76 points at the top of the French league standings to officially claim the title, while Lens remained at 67 points in second place.
