Al-Ahly's Doctor Clarifies the Status of the Team's Injured Players
Ahmed Gaballah, the doctor of the Al-Ahly team, revealed the latest developments regarding the medical condition of several team players, in preparation for the upcoming match against Al-Masry Al-Portsaidi in the league.
Al Ahly will face its counterpart Al Masry on Wednesday, May 20th, in the seventh and final round of the Egyptian Premier League title playoffs.
The Al-Ahly doctor explained that Mostafa Shobeir, the Al-Ahly goalkeeper, is continuing to implement the second phase of his rehabilitation program after sustaining a strain in the lower part of the hamstring muscle during the recent match against Enppi in the league.
He explained that goalkeeper Mostafa Shobeir is currently undergoing an intensive rehabilitation program aimed at improving his physical fitness and ensuring his full recovery before rejoining the team's group training sessions.
He also confirmed that Imam Ashour, the player of the red team, is medically fit after sustaining a knee bruise during the last league match against Enppi.
