Decision from the Union Before Facing Al-Ettifaq
The management of Al-Ittihad Club made an important decision before facing Al-Ettifaq, as part of the Roshn League competition, in a move aimed at reorganizing the team's preparations during the crucial stage.
The management, in coordination with the technical staff led by Sérgio Conceição, decided for the delegation to return directly to Jeddah after the match, instead of heading to Riyadh immediately.
This decision was made to give the players a greater opportunity for recovery, in addition to undergoing focused training before the next match against Al-Shabab.
The team is scheduled to conduct two training sessions in Jeddah before departing to Riyadh after the final practice, in preparation for the upcoming round of the competition.
The Union is preparing to face Al-Ettifaq on Thursday evening in the 32nd round, before meeting Al-Shabab on Sunday, May 17, in the 33rd round of the Saudi Roshn League.
Al-Ittihad occupies the fifth position in the standings with 52 points, tied with Al-Taawoun in points, as the battle for spots qualifying for continental competitions continues.
