Fabregas Opens Door to Coaching Real Madrid, Comments on Vinicius and Alonso Incident

Spanish coach Cesc Fabregas, who manages the Italian team Como, spoke about his coaching future and the possibility of taking charge of Real Madrid, affirming that coaching the royal club is not a red line for him.

Fabregas said: "Is coaching Real Madrid a red line? The red line for me is not coaching Real Madrid, but working as an assistant coach. I have always wanted to be the head coach."

The Como coach also spoke about his young player Nico Paz, saying: "Nico is an amazing boy, he's like a son to me. Here in Como, there isn't the same pressure as at Real Madrid. He has developed a lot, and I believe staying with us for another season would be very beneficial for him. We haven't discussed his future yet."

In another context, Fabregas commented on the incident involving Vinicius Junior and coach Xabi Alonso: "You must always be ready to make the right decision, and what makes you a better coach is thinking of the team first. No one should be bigger than the team or above the group."

He concluded: "If you succeed in building a united and strong group, anyone who wants to leave can go anywhere, but you will always maintain the group's respect, and this is what makes things work better in the long run."
