Valverde Decides His Future with Real Madrid

The reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Federico Valverde is not considering leaving Real Madrid at all, despite the difficult atmosphere and tensions the team has been experiencing recently.

According to Romano, the Uruguayan star is still determined to continue with the royal club, due to his great love for Real Madrid and his desire to overcome the current phase and return to delivering his usual performances, whether in terms of commitment or his various roles on the pitch.

These reports come after the recent crisis in Real Madrid's dressing room, following the violent disagreement between Valverde and his teammate Aurélien Tchouaméni, which resulted in the Uruguayan midfielder suffering a head injury that will keep him out of action for a period ranging from 10 to 15 days.

Some press reports had claimed that Real Madrid might consider selling Tchouaméni and Valverde or one of them during the upcoming summer transfer window, especially after the conflict that erupted between the players in recent days.

Valverde has played 48 matches in all competitions this season, scoring 13 goals and providing 9 assists, and his contract expires in the summer of 2029.
