Former Zamalek Star: The White Team Delivered a Good Match Despite the Loss

Tamer Abdel Hamid, the former Zamalek star, believes that the White Team delivered a good performance against USM Alger despite losing the first leg of the Confederation Cup final. He considers that the team lacks impactful substitutes, especially with the decline in Nasser Mansi's performance.

Tamer Abdel Hamid stated on the "Stad Al-Mehwar" program that the absence of Juan Bezera from the starting lineup affected Zamalek, affirming that the team is capable of making up for it and defeating Al-Ittihad Al-Asima in Cairo, betting on the decisive role of the fans.

The former Zamalek star added that the referee was influenced by the pressure from the USM Alger fans, asserting that many of his decisions were contrary and affected the performance of the white team on the field. He also emphasized that Hossam Abdel Mageed's jump during the penalty kick was natural and did not involve any recklessness.
