Mohamed Ma'ruf Appointed as Referee for Egypt Cup Final Between Pyramids and ZED
The referees committee, headed by Oscar Ruiz, announced the appointment of referee Mohamed Ma'ruf to officiate the match between Pyramids and ZED FC in the Egypt Cup final.
The match is scheduled to take place on Sunday evening at 8:30 PM Cairo time, at the Cairo International Stadium.
Mohamed Ma'arouf will be the referee managing the match, assisted by Youssef Al-Basaty as the first assistant and Osama Abdel-Latif as the second assistant, while Amr Abdeen will be the fourth official.
In terms of video technology, Hossam Azab has been appointed as the VAR referee, assisted by Walid Naji, Ihab Fakhry, and Wael Farhan.
ZFC secured its spot in the final after defeating Tala'ea El Gaish 3-1, while Pyramids advanced following a significant 4-0 victory over ENPPI in the semi-finals.
