The Spanish newspaper "El País" revealed the main issues identified within the Real Madrid team this season, amidst the significant crisis the club is experiencing on both the technical and administrative levels.

According to the newspaper, Real Madrid's management believes that the team is facing several clear crises within the locker room, most notably the absence of a leadership figure, along with a lack of maturity and professionalism, and a spirit of sacrifice among the players.

The newspaper added that the club is also upset with some behaviors from even the young players who have recently joined the first team, amid a sense of a significant rise in "arrogance" within the dressing room.

The reports also indicated that the management noticed a sense of indifference among some players, even in matches where the team suffers a loss, which has increased the state of concern within the royal club.

These leaks come at a time when Real Madrid is experiencing one of its toughest periods in recent years, due to issues occurring among the players, as well as the strained relationship between the players and the coaching staff.
