Press reports have confirmed that Florentino Pérez held a video meeting with José Mourinho, attended by the Portuguese coach's agent Jorge Mendes.

1- Contract Duration: Mourinho requires signing a contract for only two years, no less, no more, rejecting the idea of a one-season deal or a long-term commitment from the start.
