The media personality Khaled El-Ghandour revealed that Al Ahly's management has begun moves to sign the Enppi club duo, Hamed Abdullah and Ali Mahmoud, during the upcoming summer transfer window.

Al-Ghandour said on his program "Stad Al-Mehwar" that a senior official within Al-Ahly held a meeting with the players' agent in the past few hours to discuss the possibility of signing the duo.

He added that the players' agent confirmed to the Al Ahly official the desire of Hamed Abdullah and Ali Mahmoud to transfer to the Red Castle.

He added that the duo renewed their contracts with Enppi Club, making their departure contingent upon the approval of the management led by Ayman El-Sherei. There is an agreement on an intermediary to start negotiations with Al Ahly, despite the latter's concerns about the petroleum club's excessive financial demands.
