Dominik Szoboszlai spoke following Liverpool's 3-2 defeat to Manchester United in the 35th round of the English Premier League, in a match held at Old Trafford.

Szoboszlai said in his interview: "We weren't good, we returned home without any points, and after the first half, we didn't deserve to be happy at all. We should have played like we did at the start of the second half."

Regarding conceding goals, he explained: "We conceded a goal from a set piece, then we talked about counterattacks, yet the second goal came in that way. We need to focus more on the small details."

Regarding his leadership role within the team, he said: "You should ask the players. I try to give my best every day and be a role model. We have many players capable of leading, and I try to be one of them."

Concluding the team's situation, he added: "I'm not thinking about next season right now, I'm focused on the next three matches. We want the Champions League next season because we belong there, but we'll see what happens in the future."
