Igli Tare, the sporting director of AC Milan, confirmed that the club is in harmony with coach Massimiliano Allegri in planning for the next season, and also mentioned monitoring Sassuolo midfielder Ismael Kone.

Tare said: 'We are all on the same page, having dinner with the coach and director Furiani almost every week. We are united on what we need to do for the next season and what this team lacks.'

He added: 'We have some very good players in the youth team who have trained with the first team, and we are closely monitoring them as well.'

Regarding Ismael Kone, Tare explained: 'He had a very good season with Sassuolo, he has important qualities and also played at a high level in France, so he could attract a lot of interest in the transfer market for Sassuolo.'

On the tactical side, Tare said: 'Considering some of the players' characteristics that allow us to play differently, we will try to be prepared not only for a team with quality but also capable of playing with different systems.'
