Sunday 03-05-2026
Abdullah Al-Saeed, a Zamalek player, apologized to the team's coach, Moatamed Gamal, after his outburst in the last match against Al-Ahly following his substitution during the game.

The media personality Khaled Al-Ghandour stated on the "Stad Al-Mahwar" program that the player confirmed his reaction stemmed from his passion, enthusiasm, and sadness over the heavy and unexpected match result.

He continued that Moatamed Gamal accepted Abdullah Al-Saeed's apology and asked the player to close that chapter and focus on the remaining matches for the team until the end of the season.

Zamalek lost to Al Ahly with a score of 3-0 in the match that took place last Friday as part of the fifth round of the Premier League title decider stage.

The White Knight is preparing to face Smouha next Tuesday in the sixth round of the league title decider stage.
