Reports have revealed, citing the "TEAMtalk" website, that English club Manchester United is interested in Dutch striker Donyell Malen during the transfer window, given his impressive performance with Italian club Roma.

Malin joined Aston Villa from Borussia Dortmund for £22.5 million in January 2025, scoring 10 goals in 46 matches with the team, before moving to Roma on loan in January.

According to the same source, his transfer to Roma will become permanent upon meeting certain conditions, with expectations within the Italian club to finalize the deal.

The player is delivering outstanding performances with Roma, having scored 12 goals in just 16 matches, which has attracted the attention of several major clubs, including Manchester United, Chelsea, Newcastle United, and Barcelona.

The report indicated that Roma might agree to sell the player if a final offer of 50 million euros is made, even though the Italian club has the option to purchase him permanently for 25 million euros. This opens the door to the possibility of a new transfer in the summer.
