Real Madrid has decided to bring back the young Brazilian forward Endrick this summer after the end of his loan period at French club Olympique Lyon, with no intention to extend the loan or consider another departure this summer.

According to the Spanish newspaper "AS," the club officially informed the player of its decision, which was warmly welcomed by him as he felt more prepared to take on the challenge at Santiago Bernabéu and fulfill his dream with the royal team.

The club's management considers Endrick's project to be a final strategic option, as they wish to grant him the role he has not yet received since his arrival, with a clear belief in his offensive capabilities and his potential to be an essential part of the team's future, especially in the forward line.

Endrick delivered an impressive performance with Lyon, scoring 7 goals and providing 6 assists in 17 matches, which the club considered strong evidence of his development and ability to play in multiple positions, including right wing. This opens up significant opportunities for him to play alongside Vinicius Junior and Kylian Mbappe in the attacking line.

Despite the strong competition for attacking positions with the presence of Rodrygo, Brahim Diaz, and Franco Mastantuono, Real Madrid also considers Endrick as a primary option as an alternative striker to Mbappe, with the possibility of relying on him as a central forward or on the wings as needed.

The decision within the club came after a comprehensive evaluation of his career since he was signed from Palmeiras, where Real Madrid invested approximately 80 million euros in the deal, including the transfer fee, bonuses, and salaries, with additional incentives linked to goals, matches, and individual and team achievements.
