Paris Saint-Germain defender Marquinhos spoke to the press following their 5-4 victory over Bayern Munich in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final, held at Parc des Princes.

The Brazilian defender said in his interview: "Every football fan loves a match like this. It was a crazy game between two teams that play in a similar style, characterized by aggression and intensity. We are very happy that we managed to secure the win."

He added, "We are frustrated by the goals we conceded, but we still have a one-goal advantage. We must enter the match with the right mindset. We are very pleased with the quality of the goals we scored."

He concluded about the return match: "I believe next week's match will be crazy as well, with both teams wanting to score. We must go there with the same mentality and character to deliver the same great performance. We need a big effort to win. We also need to rest because this match was exhausting."
