German press reports confirmed that Real Madrid star, the Turkish international Arda Güler, rejected an offer from Borussia Dortmund to continue his career with the royal club.

According to Bild newspaper, former Dortmund coach Nuri Sahin attempted to persuade Güler to move to the German club during his tenure from July 2024 to January 2025, but the young player held firm in his position.

Shahin clarified in media statements that his desire to include the young Turkish star was clear, but he faced direct rejection from the player, who affirmed that he would not change his plans with Real Madrid.

According to Nuri Sahin in Guler, he said to him: "I will succeed with this shirt no matter what," indicating his determination to prove himself at Real Madrid despite the difficult start and limited appearances.

Shahin expressed great admiration for the player's mentality, noting that he respected his decision despite his strong desire to include him in the German team.
