The Spanish club Real Madrid has decided to recall its player Nico Paz from the Italian team Como at the end of the current season, as part of its plans for the next season.

Baz moved to Como during the summer of 2024 from Real Madrid, with a clause included that grants the Spanish club the right to repurchase the player at a later time.

According to the Spanish newspaper AS, Real Madrid has decided to activate the buy-back clause, taking advantage of their right to reclaim the player before the deadline set for June 30.

The report indicated that this move comes amid interest from several clubs in acquiring the services of the Argentine player during the upcoming summer transfer window, as Real Madrid seeks to secure his return and block competitors.

Inter Milan was one of the prominent clubs that expressed interest in signing Paz next summer, according to press reports.

Niko Paz played 37 matches with Como in the Italian League and the Italian Cup, during which he scored 13 goals and provided 8 assists, delivering an impressive season that caught the attention of many clubs.

It is noted that Real Madrid included a buy-back clause in the transfer contract of Paz to Como, allowing them to reclaim the player for 9 million euros during the summer of 2026.
