Southampton took the lead through Finn Azaz in the 79th minute, while Manchester City managed to score the equalizer through Jeremy Doku in the 82nd minute.
In the 87th minute, Nicolas Gonzalez scored the winning goal with a brilliant shot from outside the penalty area that the goalkeeper failed to stop.
Manchester City will play in the final against the winner of the Chelsea vs Leeds match, which will take place on Sunday evening.
