Koundé received a yellow card in the 20th minute of the match after a challenge on a Getafe player. He failed to control the ball following a pass from Koubarcy, leading to a clear foul on the opposing player, prompting the referee to issue the card.

With this card, Koundé increased his tally to five yellow cards in La Liga, officially ruling him out of the match against Osasuna, which represents another loss for Barcelona's defense in the upcoming round.

On the other hand, reports indicated that the French defender will be available to participate in the Clasico match against Real Madrid, scheduled for May 10 at Spotify Camp Nou, provided there are no unexpected developments.

The reports also indicated that player Eric Garcia will be available for the Osasuna match after his suspension ends, while De Jong, Marc Bernal, and Raphinha remain on the list of players at risk of suspension if they receive additional yellow cards.
