Fabregas Responds to Being Linked with Coaching Chelsea
Cesc Fabregas has settled the debate surrounding his potential appointment as Chelsea's coach, confirming that his full focus is currently on his duties with Como, during a crucial stage of the season.
The young Spanish coach said, "I have nothing to say about that. It would be foolish to think about anything else right now. My full focus is on the upcoming match against Genoa."
He added in his speech: "I believe I will continue in my role as the head coach of Como, all my focus is on the upcoming matches."
The coach explained, "I would be crazy to think about anything other than the next five matches and leading my team to qualify for Europe for the first time in its history."
He concluded his statements: "I haven't seen or heard any comments from the club president. All I know is that he told me he appreciates me a lot."
