Chelsea has begun its moves in the coaching market in preparation for the next season, following the announcement of the dismissal of coach Liam Rosenior due to the team's recent decline in results.

According to press reports, Xavi Hernandez tops the list of candidates for the coaching position, as the club's management seeks to hire a coach with a clear philosophy and experience in managing major teams.

The list of candidates also includes Andoni Iraola and Edin Terzić, as the management is considering several options before making the final decision regarding the new coach.

The nominations did not stop there, as the name of Cesc Fabregas, the head coach of Como, also appeared among the candidates to coach the "Blues," as part of the search for a long-term project.

It is noted that the English club announced the appointment of Callum McFarlane as the interim head coach of the first team until the end of the season, with the decision on the new coach to be finalized in the coming period.
