Star Eder Militao suffered an injury during his team Real Madrid's ongoing match against Deportivo Alaves, as part of the 33rd round of the Spanish League, at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium.

The 45th minute of the match witnessed a worrying moment when Militao struck the ball inside the penalty area after a cross from full-back Alexander Arnold, before falling affected by the injury and immediately requesting a substitution.

The medical team immediately intervened to treat the player, before the coaching staff decided to replace him, with Antonio Rudiger coming in for him. Initial reports indicate that the player is suffering from a knee injury.

Militao will undergo medical examinations in the coming hours to determine the nature of the injury and his potential absence period from the team.
