Jedo Reveals Absences for Pyramids Before Matches Against Zamalek and Al Ahly in the League

Mohamed Nagy Gedo, the general coach of the Pyramids team, revealed the status of injured players ahead of the anticipated matches against Zamalek and Al Ahly, as part of the final stage of the Egyptian Premier League.

Pyramids is preparing to face Zamalek next Thursday at 8 PM as part of the third round of the championship stage, before meeting Al Ahly on Monday, April 27.

In a television statement, Jedo said that the team is suffering from a large number of injuries at the moment, noting that these absences have affected the team's readiness before crucial matches.

He explained that Mostafa Fathi will be absent for the upcoming period, confirming that he is not currently in the team's plans. He also pointed out that Mohamed El Shebi suffered a knee injury and is expected to return to training, with his condition to be assessed before the match against Zamalek.

He added that there are several other absences, including Walid El Karti, Mahmoud Zalaka, and Mahmoud Marei, confirming that their chances of joining the match against Zamalek seem slim, but they are more likely to return for the match against Al Ahly.
