Tuesday 21-04-2026
The Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" revealed that Manchester United is preparing a substantial financial offer to sign the young Brazilian talent Eduardo Conceição, a Palmeiras player, amid interest from other European clubs.

According to the newspaper, the 16-year-old player continues to attract attention after his impressive performance with Brazil's under-17 team, making him one of the most promising talents in the Brazilian club.

The report clarified that Conceição signed his professional contract with Palmeiras last April, with a release clause of 100 million euros, despite the possibility of his departure in the future according to gradual transfer plans after reaching the age of 18.

Manchester United plans to make an initial offer of 40 million euros plus add-ons, while Newcastle had previously made a lower offer before the player signed his professional contract.

Manchester City continues to closely monitor the player without making an official offer so far, with interest from several other English clubs.

The final decision remains in the hands of Palmeiras, which prefers to temporarily retain the player and develop him within the first team before considering future offers.
