According to reports, Al-Ahly's management does not prefer to give up the services of the team's and league's top scorer, due to his significant importance within the formation and his decisive role in achieving results, which makes potential negotiations more complicated.

On the other hand, Toney has expressed openness to returning to the English Premier League, which gives Everton a strong boost in its efforts to convince the player to transfer during the upcoming period.
