Fabregas is currently overseeing the training of the Como team, which includes players from Real Madrid, indicating the Italian club's reliance on graduates from the Madrid academy, one of the most prominent sources of talent in global football.

During a press conference, Fabregas explained that his club is closely monitoring Real Madrid Castilla players, emphasizing the importance of direct observation alongside digital analysis. He said, "Yes, we are following Real Madrid Castilla players. We are always on the move, and we must be. Sometimes we rely on data, but it is essential to watch the player on the field, in terms of his movements, ball control, and behavior on the pitch."
