Spanish press reports have revealed the fate of Spanish coach Álvaro Arbeloa, the current head coach of the first football team at Real Madrid, after the end of the current season, amid the team's declining results this season.

Arbeloa took over the managerial responsibilities of Real Madrid last January, following the dismissal of Xabi Alonso, after the loss in the Spanish Super Cup and the emergence of disputes within the locker room.

Real Madrid is experiencing a difficult season that may end without any titles for the second consecutive year, following their exit from the Copa del Rey and the UEFA Champions League, in addition to losing the Spanish Super Cup final, and trailing 9 points behind Barcelona in the La Liga standings.

According to the Spanish newspaper "Marca," it is unlikely that Arbeloa will continue in his position with Real Madrid, unless a miracle occurs in the Spanish league during the remaining rounds.

The newspaper added that Real Madrid's management is currently conducting a comprehensive review of the team's performance this season and is considering appropriate decisions for the summer transfer window, given the possibility of finishing a second consecutive season without a title.

The Spanish newspaper indicated that the club acknowledges that betting on Xabi Alonso did not achieve the desired success, and replacing him with Arbeloa did not bring about the expected transformation, which makes it natural for him not to continue in the position.

As it was clarified, Real Madrid relied on one of the club's own by appointing Arbeloa, yet the coach himself previously stated that his future is not his current focus, indicating that he would accept any decision made by the management without issues.

The report indicated that there are 7 rounds remaining in the Spanish league, and that many things are still subject to change, although current indicators do not suggest he will remain at the helm of the coaching staff next season.
