Coach Luay Salah has opened the door to speculations about his future with Al-Zawraa Club, after confirming that some members of the club's management spoke with him following the victory over Al-Shorta, but no official agreement has been reached yet regarding the renewal of his contract or continuation beyond the end of the current season.

The head coach of Al-Zawraa said in press statements: "Some members of Al-Zawraa Club's management spoke with me after the Al-Shorta match, but nothing is official yet. If something happens, I am comfortable in the Al-Zawraa club environment, which is positive for both players and fans, and there are many positive aspects."

Salah added: "The matter remains unresolved, as it is still in the hands of the management. I am a coach and I respect my work, and my full focus is currently on the remaining matches of the league and achieving the best possible position with the team."

Luay Salah took on the role of coaching Al-Zawraa during a difficult period when the team was seeking technical stability. Under his leadership, "The Eagles" have played 11 matches in the Iraqi Stars League so far, achieving victory in 5 matches, with only one loss and drawing in 4 encounters.
