According to the Spanish radio station "Onda Cero," Kroos is expected to play the role of a liaison between the team players and the club president, as part of the management's efforts to enhance communication within the organization.

The royal club is expected to undergo significant changes at the end of the current season, especially in light of the disappointing results the team has achieved this season, as well as the issues within the locker room.

Real Madrid is at risk of finishing the season without winning any title for the second consecutive year, after being eliminated from the UEFA Champions League by Bayern Munich, in addition to trailing in La Liga by 9 points behind the leaders, Barcelona.
