Mohamed Salah scored a second goal for Liverpool after a ball from Ngomoha reached Gakpo, who set it up for Salah, who struck a shot from inside the penalty area in the 41st minute.
Liverpool raised their tally to 52 points, ranking fifth in the standings, while Fulham's tally remained at 44 points in eleventh place.
