Al Hilal and Al Nassr Compete with Europe to Sign Benjamin Pavard
Saturday 11-04-2026
The French right-back Benjamin Pavard has caught the attention of several clubs, with competition intensifying to sign him during the upcoming transfer window, as his loan spell with Olympique Marseille nears its end.

Pavard joined Marseille last summer on loan from Inter Milan, before his name strongly re-emerged in the transfer market as the current season neared its end.

According to press reports, both Saudi clubs Al Hilal and Al Nassr are competing with Turkish clubs Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray to sign the player, as he is no longer in the plans of his French club.

Despite the significant interest from Saudi league clubs, reports indicate that Pavard does not prioritize a move there at the moment, preferring to continue playing in European leagues.

The player's contract with Inter Milan extends until 2028, while his market value is estimated at around 15 million euros, making him a suitable option for many clubs looking to strengthen their defenses.

Pavard also receives an annual salary estimated at around 5 million euros, which may pose a challenge for some clubs interested in signing him, especially with his name being linked to a move to Manchester United.

During the current season, the French defender has participated in 33 matches for Marseille across various competitions, scoring one goal and providing three assists.
