The Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" revealed in a report that the debate about the French star Kylian Mbappe within the ranks of Real Madrid is still ongoing, particularly concerning his impact on the team's results when he is in the starting lineup.

According to the report, Mbappe was absent from Real Madrid's starting lineup due to a controversial knee injury. During that period, the team achieved six victories and suffered one defeat. They also secured five consecutive wins without him in the starting lineup, including two victories against Manchester City and one against Atletico Madrid.

The report indicated that Mbappe played for a few minutes against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium, as well as in the Atletico Madrid derby at the Santiago Bernabeu, before returning to the starting lineup in the match against Real Mallorca.

After returning to the starting lineup, Real Madrid lost to Real Mallorca, and the same happened against Bayern Munich in the Champions League, while the match against Girona ended in a draw. These negative results all occurred with Mbappe as a starter.
