Official: Manchester City Announces Extension of Marcus Bettinelli's Contract
Manchester City announced on its official website the extension of goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli's contract for one more year, keeping him with the team until the summer of 2027.
The 33-year-old goalkeeper joined Manchester City last summer from Chelsea and is now preparing to enter his second season with the team at the Etihad Stadium.
The club's official website stated that Betinelli, who has previously represented England's youth teams, has played for Fulham and Middlesbrough before moving to Manchester City.
Despite not having participated in any official matches so far, the English goalkeeper has provided significant support and strong competition to his teammates Gianluigi Donnarumma and James Trafford within the team.
