Highlights of the Penalties in the First Round of the Final Stage of the Egyptian League

The Egyptian Professional Clubs Association announced on Thursday evening the penalties for the first round of the final stage of the Egyptian Premier League.

The main penalties of the first round were as follows:

Ceramica vs. Al Ahly match:

Fakhry Lakay, a player for Ceramica Cleopatra, has been suspended for one match and fined 5,000 pounds due to receiving his third yellow card.

Wael Raafat Sayed Mohamed, the performance analyst for the Ceramica Cleopatra team, has been suspended for one match and fined 10,000 pounds due to a red card.

Amin Omar Al-Nour Al-Amin, the coach of the Ceramica Cleopatra team, has been suspended for one match and fined 10,000 pounds due to a red card.

A fine of 20,000 Egyptian pounds was imposed on the Ceramica Cleopatra Club due to the failure of the technical and administrative staff to stay away from the VAR technology during the review of cases.

A financial penalty was imposed on Mohamed El Shenawy, a player for Al Ahly team, amounting to 2,500 Egyptian pounds due to being sent off for receiving two yellow cards in the same match. Additionally, he was suspended for four matches and fined 50,000 Egyptian pounds for assaulting the referee by pushing or pulling (using hands without violence).

Walid Salah El-Din Mostafa El-Baroudi, the football director at Al Ahly Club, has been suspended for one match and fined 5,000 Egyptian pounds due to receiving his third warning.

A fine of 20,000 pounds was imposed on Al Ahly Club due to the failure of the technical and administrative staff to stay away from the VAR technology during case reviews.
