Brazilian press reports have revealed new developments regarding the future of Italian Carlo Ancelotti, the head coach of the Brazilian national team, indicating that the two parties have reached a preliminary agreement to extend their relationship for additional years.

According to the Brazilian network 'ESPN', the Brazilian Football Confederation is seeking to secure Ancelotti with a contract extending until the World Cup finals in 2030.

The same source reported that the proposed offer includes raising the Italian coach's salary to 10 million euros annually, in a move reflecting the 'Selecao's' desire to maintain the technical stability of the project that Ancelotti began in May 2025.
