Juventus Moves to Sign Bernardo Silva

Juventus has entered negotiations to sign Portuguese player Bernardo Silva from Manchester City during the upcoming summer transfer window, as his contract with the English team is nearing its end.

The Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport reported that the Italian club made an offer to the player that includes a three-season contract, with a value ranging between 7 and 8 million euros annually, while Silva currently earns a salary of about 10 million euros with Manchester City.

Reports indicated that the player is attracting interest from several clubs, including Barcelona, along with offers from clubs in the Saudi and American leagues.

In a related context, Pep Lijnders, the assistant coach at Manchester City, confirmed that Silva is nearing a departure from the team by the end of the season. He praised Silva's technical abilities and his role on the field, emphasizing the difficulty of replacing him.

Silva joined Manchester City from Monaco in the summer of 2017, participating in 449 matches, during which he scored 76 goals and provided 77 assists.

The player had a remarkable career with the team, during which he won several titles, most notably the English Premier League six times and the UEFA Champions League, along with other local and continental championships.
