Zamalek's goals were scored by Addi Al-Dabbagh in the 30th minute, Nasser Mansi in the 44th and 75th minutes, and Hossam Abdel-Majid in the 87th minute.
The Egyptian goal was scored by Osama Al-Zamrawi in the 13th minute.
With this result, Zamalek's tally rises to 46 points, leading the "Championship Group" league standings, while Al-Masry's tally remains at 32 points in fifth place.
