The Disciplinary Committee of the Asian Football Confederation announced the imposition of a series of financial penalties on several clubs and players, following violations that occurred during continental tournament matches in the recent period.

The decisions included fining Al Hilal Club $35,000 for organizational violations, in addition to penalizing their Uruguayan striker Darwin Nunez with a $20,000 fine for failing to attend a media appearance after the match against Al Wahda in February.

In a related context, the Saudi Al-Ahli Club was subjected to two financial penalties totaling $9,250 due to the delay in the start of the match, in addition to unauthorized individuals entering the field.

Al-Nassr club was also subjected to sanctions, with a fine of $1,750 imposed due to the delay in starting the second half during their match against Arkadag in the AFC Champions League 2.

The Arkadag club was not spared from penalties, as it was decided to fine them $16,250 due to fans storming the field after the match ended, in addition to weak security measures in place.

These decisions are part of the Asian Football Confederation's efforts to enforce discipline and adherence to regulations, as it seeks to ensure that matches are organized according to the highest professional standards within the continent.
