Zamalek Continues Training in Preparation for Al-Masry
The Zamalek team, led by Moatamed Gamal, underwent a physical training session for the players during Thursday's practice held at the Military College Stadium in preparation for the match against Al-Masry Al-Portsaidi in the league.
Zamalek will face Al-Masry next Sunday in the first round of the second phase of the Egyptian Premier League.
The players performed the physical segment under the supervision of Nuno Costa Ribeiro, the fitness coach, which included various physical exercises and a special segment with the ball.
