CAF Announces Referees for Zamalek vs. CR Belouizdad Match in the Confederation Cup
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) informed the officials of Zamalek Club about the refereeing team for the first leg match between the White Team and Algeria's CR Belouizdad in the semi-finals of the African Confederation Cup.
Zamalek will face CR Belouizdad on Friday, April 10th, in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup semi-finals.
The South African Tom Abongile was appointed as the referee to manage the match, assisted by South African Zakhele Thusi Granville as the first assistant, and Suryoo Phatsoane from Lesotho as the second assistant, in addition to Malian Boubou Traoré as the fourth official.
The South African Akhona Makalima was appointed as the video assistant referee, with Diana Chikotesha from Zambia collaborating with her.
CAF selected Congolese Jean Medard Kossa as the general match observer, while Cameroonian Raphael Evehe Divine will oversee the referees.
