The Brazilian newspaper "Estadão" revealed that the Brazilian Football Confederation has decided to award a financial bonus of one million dollars to each player if the Brazilian national team wins the upcoming World Cup, in a move aimed at motivating the players before the tournament.

Reports stated that several stars of the Brazilian national team played a prominent role in the negotiations related to bonuses, including Vinicius Junior, Alisson Becker, Danilo, Marquinhos, Casemiro, and Bruno Guimarães.

This step comes as part of the Brazilian Football Confederation's efforts to provide the best conditions for the national team before the World Cup, especially with the Seleção's ambition to reclaim the world title and achieve their sixth star in history, after years of absence from the global podium.

The Brazilian national team is in Group C, which includes Morocco, Haiti, and Scotland.

The tournament will take place from June 11 to July 19, 2026, and will be jointly hosted by 16 cities across three countries in North America: Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
