Luay Salah Reassures Fans Despite Absences Against Erbil
Al-Zawraa Club held its press conference regarding the match against Erbil as part of the Iraqi Stars League competition, attended by coach Luay Salah and player Sajjad Muhammad Fadel, before the meeting scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, at Franso Hariri Stadium at 3:00 PM Baghdad time.
Luay Salah said: "The match against Erbil will be difficult and extremely important. We are suffering from significant absences in our ranks, but the high spirit of the players gives me reassurance."
He added: "The players have started to grasp our tactical ideas and are implementing the required performance better. The style we adopt, despite its risks, will bear fruit soon."
He continued: "I am not worried about the match itself, but my biggest concern is the increasing injuries and absences, which makes managing minutes and rotating the lineup crucial."
For his part, Sajjad Muhammad Fadel said: "We succeeded in making our fans happy in the last match thanks to the players' commitment and the efforts of the technical staff. Erbil is a strong and respectable team, and the confrontation against them will not be easy."
He added: "We will do our utmost to achieve a positive result and play with a team spirit that helps us compensate for the absences and present a level worthy of the name Al-Zawraa."
