Al Ahly officials have decided to set a financial value for approving the departure of midfielder Emam Ashour during the upcoming summer transfer window.

According to what was reported by "Youm7" website, Al Ahly's management will not oppose selling the player if an offer of 8 million dollars is received, as the club is looking to restructure the team following their exit from the African Champions League.

The report indicated that the management was previously opposed to the idea of letting go of Imam Ashour, but it has recently reconsidered its position with the aim of benefiting from the financial return to strengthen the team with strong signings, particularly in the attack and playmaking positions.

On the other hand, Al-Ahly management confirmed that they have not received any official offers so far, whether from Saudi League clubs or others, to sign the player during the current period.

This approach is part of the club's plan to rejuvenate the team and regain the ability to compete strongly in local and continental championships in the upcoming season.
