Al-Nassr Club granted its goalkeeper Mubarak Al-Buainain full authority to determine his medical destination, in preparation for undergoing an anterior cruciate ligament surgery following his recent injury.

The administration's decision to grant the goalkeeper the freedom of choice is a step aimed at providing the best means of comfort and psychological support before the anticipated surgery.

Al-Buainain will undergo a final medical examination in the coming hours at one of the specialized centers to assess his condition definitively before setting the surgery date.

The goalkeeper has two options to choose the suitable doctor, between Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Omar or Dr. Mohammed Al-Balwi, to make the final decision regarding the surgery.

Al-Buainain has previous experience with a similar injury, having undergone an ACL surgery in April 2023 by Dr. Mohammed Al-Balwi.

Recent medical examinations confirmed he suffered a severe knee injury after participating in the friendly match against Al-Anwar, which ended in a 6-6 draw.

Al-Nassr's management seeks to prepare the player in the best possible way for a return, especially given the importance of the goalkeeper position in the upcoming competitions.
