CAF Grants Zamalek the African License on Condition of Agreement with Creditors
The media personality Khaled Al-Ghandour revealed from a responsible source within the Football Association that the Confederation of African Football (CAF) will grant Zamalek a license to participate in African competitions on one condition.
Al-Ghandour said in statements on his program "Stad Al-Mehwar" that CAF did not require the full payment and settlement of all dues in order to grant the license to Zamalek.
He continued: "CAF allows Zamalek the African license on the condition that they reach an agreement with creditors to schedule the debts and provide documents proving this."
He confirmed that Zamalek will not be able to participate in continental competitions without obtaining a professional club license, which is contingent upon reaching final agreements to resolve the cases filed against it.
