France Defeats Colombia with a 3-1 Victory in a Friendly Match

The French national team achieved a well-deserved victory over its Colombian counterpart with a score of 3-1 in the friendly match held this evening at the Northwest Stadium, as part of both teams' preparations for the World Cup finals.

The French team opened the scoring in the 30th minute through Désiré Doué, who fired a ground shot that deflected off a Colombian defender before settling in the net.

Marcus Thuram extended the lead for Les Bleus with a second goal in the 41st minute, heading in a precise cross from Akliouche into the net, ending the first half with France leading 2-0.

In the second half, Désiré Doué scored his second personal goal and France's third in the 56th minute with a powerful shot following a cross from Thuram, before Jamilton Campaz reduced the deficit for Colombia in the 77th minute, assisted by Lerma.
