Hassan Mostafa, the former star of Al Ahly and Zamalek, believes that Mostafa Fathi, the winger for Pyramids, is technically superior to Haitham Hassan, who plays professionally for Real Oviedo.

Hassan Mostafa's statements came after the remarkable appearance of Haitham Hassan in his first international match with the Egyptian national team, during the friendly 4-0 victory over Saudi Arabia at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, where he caught attention with his speed and skills on the right wing.

Hassan Mostafa said on "On Sport FM" radio: "In my opinion, Mostafa Fathi is better than Haitham Hassan, but he needs a real opportunity to participate regularly."

He added, "Mostafa Fathi was at the peak of his form during his time with Smouha, and he delivered outstanding performances."

In another context, the former Al Ahly and Zamalek star predicted that Al Ahly would win the Egyptian League title this season, while he favored Pyramids to win the Egypt Cup, noting that the final might be decided by penalty kicks.
